Braden Chudzik is a Music Director, Conductor, Pianist, and Keyboardist based out of Buffalo, NY. Since 2012, Braden has been music directing and playing across the country at a number of regional, collegiate, and community theatres. He was recently working as the Associate Music Director/Keyboard 2 for the Mean Girls 2nd National Tour and the Legally Blonde National Tour (2022/2023). He is currently serving as the Associate Music Director/Keyboard 2 on the National Tour of The Book of Mormon (Golden Plates Tour).
Braden has music directed shows regionally with The Palace Theatre (Legally Blonde, dir. Carl Rajotte) in Manchester, NH, Theatre Workshop of Nantucket (Rock of Ages) in Nantucket, MA, Mountain Rep Theatre (Rocky Horror Show) in Cripple Creek, CO, and the Jenny Wiley Theatre (Footloose) in Prestonsburg, KY. He has been fortunate enough to have played regionally with Starring Buffalo (Evita, starring Lena Hall, dir. Drew Fornarola), The Kavinoky Theatre (Hairspray), and The Lancaster Opera House (Rocky Horror Show, Joseph…Dreamcoat) in Buffalo, NY, The Naples Players (Mary Poppins, Something Rotten!, She Loves Me, Sister Act) in Naples, FL, and North Country Center for the Arts (Mamma Mia!) in Lincoln, NH, among others.
For his entire time at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he studied Biomedical Engineering, Braden was the resident Music Director on campus. He music directed, programmed (Mainstage), played, and conducted 8 shows in addition to playing piano and tenor saxophone in several ensembles on campus. He was also a bass in the RIT a cappella group, Eight Beat Measure.
